Orders are processed in 7 to 10 business days. Shipping times vary based on location.
Depending on the type of item, your order may be shipped via US Postal Service, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or by freight carrier for larger furniture items. We will select the best method based on the type of item, dimensions, and shipping address to minimize shipping costs. Freight items are shipped as curbside delivery only.
In some cases your item may be shipped directly from our supplier warehouse to expedite delivery. If you have ordered multiple items, please be aware you may receive your complete order in more than one shipment.
If there is visible damage to the packaging, immediate inspection of the item(s) must be done before signing and accepting the parcel. An exception must be stated on the shipper's bill of lading at time of delivery. If a signature is not required at time of delivery, any damage must be reported to Snapdragon Home via email within 24 hours of delivery per the tracking history. Please provide a photograph of the damaged packaging and the item's damage so we can open a claim with the shipper. Depending on the circumstances, Snapdragon Home, at its sole discretion, will determine if a refund or replacement will be provided upon conclusion of the claim investigation.
Incorrect Item Received
If your shipment includes items you did not order, please contact Snapdragon Home through the Contact Us page, or email SnapdragonHome.com at customerservice@SnapdragonHome.com within 24 hours of receiving the item and we will determine the best method for exchanging or replacing the item.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
In the event your shipping details are incorrect or incomplete and your order is returned to our warehouse, we will collect reshipping freight charges in full prior to reshipping your order. The additional shipping charges will be billed via PayPal. If payment is not received after 7 days from notification, the order will be returned to inventory. A credit will be issued for the item(s) value, less a 25% restocking fee and original freight costs in full.
Items Lost in Shipping
When your order is shipped you will receive a notice which includes a tracking number for your shipment. You can view the shipping progress on the shipper's website using your tracking number. Once the tracking detail shows your shipment has been delivered, we consider the order as being received; no claims of loss will be accepted once delivered.
All sales are considered final. No returns or refunds are accepted.
