Depending on the circumstances, Snapdragon Home, at its sole discretion, will determine if a refund or replacement will be provided upon conclusion of the claim investigation.
Incorrect Item Received
If your shipment includes items you did not order, please contact Snapdragon Home through the Contact Us page, or email SnapdragonHome.com at corporate@SnapdragonHome.com within 24 hours of receiving the item and we will determine the best method for exchanging or replacing the item.
Items Lost in Shipping
When your order is shipped you will receive a notice which includes a tracking number for your shipment. You can view the shipping progress on the shipper's website using your tracking number. Once the tracking detail shows your shipment has been delivered, we consider the order as being received; no claims of loss will be accepted once delivered.
